How many minutes will it take me to travel from my home to my place of work or school?

At what time must I leave my home today in order to arrive on time to work or school?

What are the three most important tasks I need to complete today?

How many minutes do I think it will take me to realistically complete each of my top three tasks for the day?

What are the three most important errands I need to run today?

How many minutes do I think it will take me to realistically compete each of my top three errands for the day?

Which parts of my schedule must I protect today at all costs?

Which parts of my schedule today are flexible and may be adjusted as needed?

At what time will I take my lunch break today? How many minutes long will my lunch break last?

At what time(s) will I take my work/study breaks this morning, afternoon, and evening?

Are there any double-booked appointments in my schedule? If so, which appointments will I keep, and which appointments will I cancel?

Are any of my scheduled meetings optional? If so, would it make sense to forgo the meeting entirely to complete a time-sensitive task?

Were any of my regularly scheduled meetings or appointments canceled? How could I best make use of that time?

Do I have any meetings scheduled for today? If so, how many minutes or hours do I think I will need to prepare my notes, presentation, handouts, and myself in advance?

Do I have any projects or assignments due today? If so, by what time(s) must I hand in my work?

How many minutes does it take me to travel to and from each of my appointments and meetings?

Have I given myself enough time to comfortably travel between appointments and meetings? If not, how much time should I allocate for each travel segment?

At what time will I leave work or school today?

At what time will I go to sleep this evening?

Am I happy with my schedule for today? If not, which items could I modify in order to make it more satisfactory or doable?
